Dr. Milena Hobbs
Dr. Hobbs’ first Dental degree is from Odessa State Medical University in the Ukraine. Prior to that, she obtained her Registered Nursing Diploma from Odessa Medical School #3. After meeting her husband, Paul, she moved to Canada, where they welcomed two children Maya and Brandon.
Dr. Hobbs shares her time between residences in both Airdrie and Three Hills, where she is an active community member donating generously to Trochu's Forgotten Lunch Program, The Three Hills Library as well as Kneehill County Victim Services, FoodBank and local Fire Fighting organizations.
Dr. Hobbs returned to University in 2012 by entering the University of British Columbia International Dentist Degree Qualifying Program from which she graduated in 2014.
Dr. Hobbs continually strives to provide high quality dental care to her patients. She is well versed in all aspects of general dentistry, including diagnostics, fillings, root canal therapy, cosmetic crown and bridge therapy and extractions. Her additional interests and training include orthodontics : early treatment, and traditional braces. She participated in many hours of continuing education to advance her knowledge in these areas of expertise. Another area of interest is a procedure called “gum shortening” that is performed when a tooth has fractured or broken too close to the gum line and there is not enough tooth structure left to securely hold a crown. By “gum shortening”, she is reclaiming some additional tooth structure on which to cement a crown.
Recently, Dr. Hobbs obtained certification from the University of Alberta for the administration of Neuro-modulators, such as Botox for treatment of bruxism (grinding ) and to aesthetically treat fine lines and wrinkles of the forehead and around the eyes.
In her spare time, Dr. Hobbs loves spending time with her family. Together they ski, bike and scuba dive.
Dr. Jennifer Kobi
Dr. Kobi is excited to be a part of the team at Three Hills Dental. With over 25 years of experience, her mission is to help people have happy, healthy smiles for a lifetime.
Born and raised in Ponoka, Dr. Kobi completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery with Distinction (1995) and Bachelor of Science with Honors (1993) at the University of Alberta. Throughout her education Dr. Kobi has received numerous awards and scholarships for both academic and clinical achievements. Further dental training continually refines her straightforward patient care approach and recent courses in Cone Beam Radiography, Sedation Dentistry and Neuromodulators expand the options available to help people reach their dental health goals.
Outside of being a dentist Dr. Kobi is a wife and mother, blessed with two sons. Quite an outdoorsy family, you would often find them in the mountains skiing and climbing.

Dr. Tanya Rouleau
Dr. Tanya Rouleau was raised in Medicine Hat. She obtained her dental degree from the University of Saskatchewan and completed both a general practice and an oral medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She takes a special interest in medically complex patients, surgical extractions, and oral medicine (lumps/bumps/lesions).
In her spare time enjoys the mountains & travelling the world with her husband.
Dr. Rouleau left Three Hills Dental in late 2018 & now returning in 2021 for 2 days/week. Welcome back to Three Hills Dental!
Dr. Z. Harris
Dr. Harris DDS, DD
With over 20 years of experience in Dentistry we are so happy to have Dr. Harris at Three Hills Dental Clinic. Dr. Harris graduated with a DDS in 2001 and did Surgical Residency at Hubei Provincial Hospital of Stomatology in China for 6 years. He then worked as a General Dentist and Dental Surgeon for 4 years at the municipal Central General Hospital & Dental Clinic. Dr. Harris moved to Canada in 2011 and resides with his family in Calgary.
Competent with Molar Endodontics (root canal treatment), Surgical Extractions, Full and Partial Dentures, Nitrous & Oral Sedation & other aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Harris provides a wide range of expertise in a calming atmosphere.
At present, Dr. Harris works Friday's only.
